Outdoor Life Strut Zone 2006 Photo Contest

The Photo Contest is sponsored by Outdoor Life Magazine (“Sponsor”). Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at time of entry (“Entrant”).  Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, parent companies, and subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

TO ENTER:  Submit your best turkey hunting photo. In June, a panel of Outdoor Life editors will choose their favorite photo among all entries submitted that month. Once submitted, all entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.  Decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. To Enter Electronically: Send your digital photos or videos to [email protected]. Please put “Photo Contest” in the subject line.  To Enter by Mail: Mail your entry to Outdoor Life Strut Zone Photo Contest, 2 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016.  Entry must include entrant’s name, address, daytime phone number, and email address (if applicable).  Potential Winner will be notified by phone or email if his or her photo is chosen.

PRIZES: If you are chosen as a winner, we will send you a turkey call prize pack, approximate retail value: $150. Other non-winning entries may be published on the Outdoor Life web site.  No transfer, cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason.  Nothing in these Contest rules obligate Sponsor to publish or otherwise use any photo or video submitted in connection with this Contest.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS:  By entering, Entrant represents that (1) he or she owns or has the rights to convey any and all right and title in all materials submitted as part of the contest entry and (2) that the materials submitted do not and will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.  By entering, Entrant grants to Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free copyright license to edit, publish, promote, republish at any time in the future and otherwise use Entrant’s submitted materials, along with Entrant’s name and likeness, in any and all media for possible editorial, promotional or advertising purposes, without further permission, notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). If your submission is selected for posting, you will be required to sign and return such documents as Sponsor may require. By participating in the Contest, Entrant agrees to release Sponsor and its parent sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, and employees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Contest, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of entries, the announcement of the prizes, in any Contest-related materials, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant’s ability to enter the Contest.
